Pete King is an accomplished leader in the insurance industry, with more than 20 years of experience in multinational corporations. He has held key positions at blue chip companies such as AIG, Willis Towers Watson, and Zurich. With expertise in managing country operations, M&A, customer/stakeholder relations, team building, and strategy implementation, Pete has established a strong network and profound knowledge across EMEA.

During his tenure at Zurich Financial Services, Pete devised growth strategies for key business lines and expanded multinational capabilities. At Willis Towers Watson, he successfully launched products through single country and multi-territory distribution strategies. At AIG, as Managing Director for Central & Eastern Europe, Pete oversaw operations in various countries and orchestrated a seamless business transition post-sale. He engaged with regulators, tax authorities, and local stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities.

Leveraging his extensive experience, Pete now assists insurers and insurtech companies in enhancing their business through his own company BX Consultancy.

Pete is also the  Insurtech lead at Camelot Marketplace, where he spearheads the Insurtech proposition. Working with insurtechs in resolving their business challenges, increasing their visibility, facilitating connections and advising on growth.
